Daily maintenance and maintenance of high pole lights:

High pole light refers to the height of the light pole is equal to or greater than 20m, as urban roads and highways, squares, stadiums, airports, ports and other large area lighting high pole lighting facilities.

The high-pole lamp is divided into three types: fixed (single column or multi-column), lifting (electric lifting or manual lifting) and hydraulic tilting. At present, the commonly used high-pole light is the electric high-pole light – composed of the lamp plate, the lamp pole and the foundation, the lifting operation platform, the power distribution system and the lightning protection device.

High pole light is a special kind of lighting equipment in urban lighting facilities, so its safety and normal use requirements are particularly high, the Ministry of Construction in 1998 specifically issued the “high pole lighting facilities Technical conditions” (CJ/T3076-1998), which is all manufacturing and use of high pole light enterprises and users need to seriously implement the standard. In particular, the maintenance of the high-pole lamp can not be careless, and the product must be regularly maintained in accordance with the relevant provisions of the product instruction manual.

The main contents of daily maintenance of high pole light include:

1, check all the black metal components of the high pole lighting facilities (including the inner wall of the lamp pole) of hot dip galvanized corrosion prevention, fastener loosening measures meet the requirements (corrosion quality should meet the relevant provisions of GB/T9790, GBJ36011 and GB/T11373).

2, check the verticality of the high pole lighting facilities (must be measured and tested regularly according to the requirements of the theodolite), the allowable error of the pole should be less than 3‰ of the height of the pole. The straightness error of the axis of the light pole shall not be greater than 2‰ of the length of the pole.

3, check the external surface of the lamp pole and weld seam is corroded, for a long service period but can not be replaced, if necessary, the use of ultrasonic, magnetic particle detection and other inspection methods to detect and test the weld.

4, check the mechanical strength of the lamp plate to ensure the safe use of the lamp plate, for the closed lamp plate should check its heat dissipation;

5. Check the fastening bolts of the lamp support and reasonably adjust the projection direction of the lamp;

6. Carefully check the use of the wire (soft cable or soft cable) in the lamp tray to see whether the wire is subjected to excessive mechanical stress, whether there is aging, cracking, exposing the line, etc. If there is unsafe phenomenon, it should be dealt with immediately;

7, the damaged light source electrical components such as replacement and maintenance

8, focus on checking the lifting transmission system:

(1) Comprehensively check the manual and electric functions of the lifting transmission system, which requires the mechanism to drive flexibly, lift smoothly, and be safe and reliable.

(2) The deceleration mechanism should be flexible, lightweight, and the self-locking function is safe and reliable. The speed ratio is reasonable, and the speed of the electric lifting of the lamp plate should not exceed 6m/min (can be measured with a stopwatch).

(3) Check whether the stainless steel wire rope is broken, such as determined replacement.

(4) Check the brake motor, the speed should meet the relevant design requirements and safety performance requirements;

(5) Check the transmission system overload safety clutch and other overload safety protection devices.

(6) Check the electrical and mechanical limit device, limit device and over-stroke limit protection device for lifting the lamp panel.

(7) When using a single main wire rope, the reliability and safety of the brake or protection device to prevent the accidental fall of the lamp disc should be checked. After the light plate of the wire rope is lifted into place, check the automatic hanging and unhooking unloading device to ensure that the hanging and unhooking are free.

(8) The line in the inspection rod must be fixed firmly, without pressure, clamping, and damage.

9. Check the power distribution and control equipment

(1) The distribution line and the light panel line should be fixed connected.

(2) The wire connection should be firm and reliable, without loosening and falling off.

(3) Check the three-phase load balance and midnight lamp control.

(4) Check the electrical connection, in the possibility of torsion, bending and vibration, should be safe and reliable fixed, no loosening phenomenon.

10, electrical safety performance check, check the insulation resistance between the power supply line and the ground: not less than 10M strong.

11, protection grounding and lightning protection device inspection

(1) Metal light poles and metal shells of electrical equipment should have good protective grounding (2) Check the fixing of lightning rods;

12. Measure the plane of the foundation panel with a level, analyze the uneven settlement of the foundation combined with the inspection result of the verticality of the light pole, and make corresponding treatment.
